About STGA

Learn about our vision, mission, and commitment to empowering Scheduled Tribe graduates across India.

Who We Are

Scheduled Tribes Graduates Association (STGA) is a registered non-profit association (Regd. No. 776/23) dedicated to the educational, professional, and social advancement of Scheduled Tribe graduates across India. Founded by a group of committed ST professionals and academics, STGA has grown from a state-level initiative into a nationwide movement connecting graduates, students, and community leaders.

We work at the intersection of education, employment, rights awareness, and community unity — ensuring that ST graduates have access to opportunities, networks, and support systems that enable them to thrive.

Vision

A future where every Scheduled Tribe graduate is educated, employed, and empowered — contributing to the progress of their communities and the nation with dignity and equal opportunity.

Mission

To educate, organize, and empower ST graduates through membership networks, career support, legal awareness, scholarships, and state-level committees that amplify their collective voice.

Why STGA?

Despite constitutional safeguards and reservation policies, many ST graduates face barriers in accessing quality higher education, competitive opportunities, and meaningful employment. STGA bridges this gap by creating a dedicated platform that combines community solidarity with practical support — from job assistance and exam guidance to rights awareness and leadership development.

Our Objectives

1
Expand membership across all states and union territories to build a strong national network of ST graduates.
2
Facilitate education & scholarships so that deserving ST students can pursue higher studies without financial barriers.
3
Provide employment assistance through job listings, career counseling, and placement support.
4
Promote rights awareness and offer guidance on constitutional provisions and legal remedies.
5
Establish state committees to ensure grassroots representation and local action.
6
Foster unity and leadership among ST graduates for collective social and professional advancement.
